OK, so the notion of a health spa get away has become somewhat of a cliche gift for a women, but it's cliche for a reason and that reason is that its an excellent gift.

You'll probably be overwhelmed once you start looking for a Spa break though so make sure you've got an idea of your budget to eliminate some of the competition.

Anyway, if you've got the dosh and can afford to splash out a bit (pun intended) then a health spa break is always a safe bet.
